The problem with this, is a lack of incentive for them to work efficiently. This is particularly problematic when they are trying to diagnose a problem, they are unqualified to diagnose. You ultimately end up paying them to learn how to do the job.
Should you repair something or replace it? Well, it depends. There are a lot of factors that can come into play. Our professionals perform a diagnostic check and will discuss their findings and your options with you. Usually, you will have a couple repair options and a couple of replacement options. You choose whatever works best for you. No pressure from us. We don’t use high pressure commissioned sales people. We only use professionally trained technicians that will make recommendations as if it was their own home.
